AC did not keep up and the home was 84 to 88 degrees during the day. They told us the unit had been replaced in 2015. That's great but they should have put a bigger unit in to keep the house cool.
We rented Rosey Shores. Home was typical old style beach house which we like. Pet friendly but needed to be cleaned better. Dog hair under all the beds.
Our family had a wonderful time !!! Your company was top notch. The house was everything our family needed and made our week stay in OBX a vacation we will never forget, we will certainly stay with you again. See you next year !!!
220 Seaside Hideaway. Positives: Nice Pool, short walk to beach, good location, beautiful section of beach.
The location was wonderful but this home could use a little more attention to detail.

Negatives:Yard is horribly overgrown with no beach view even from top deck. The porch is unusable and doesn't even have any furniture except 2 old plastic chairs. The steps coming in and out of house are steep and cracked and heaving. They are very difficult to walk up much less when carrying bags. Interior furniture is old and uncomfortable. The mattresses are very old and thin. My back is still hurting a week later. The exterior decks are old and you better wear shoes or you will get splinters. Stove burners don't work well. Masterbath shower is a hazard trying to get in or out. Very high and slippery. I would never rent this again. BTW you cannot see the beach from the upper deck. You can see the ocean. It would have been nice to sit up there in the mornings or evenings but you can't see anything
We rented Drag N Fly in Corolla. The house was beautiful with lots of amenities. It was in a great location- close to drive-on beach (which we like to go to) and not far from Food Lion. The only issues were we did not get enough linens and the previous renters garbage was never collected. Once we called house keeping they did bring more linens and they took out some garbage to give us a little room in the container. I would suggest owners or rental company leave a note saying when garbage pick up is and remind renters to put the containers at end of driveway. Other than that, the place is beautiful and we would certainly rent it again.
Sweet Potato Biscuit exceeded our expectations! We are from Delaware and have always vacationed at the Delaware beaches but this year we took a chance and booked this property, it was very well decorated, clean, and most importantly just steps to the beach! It was located within walking distance to Jockey's Ridge, which we made this trip 3 times during our week and what a great workout! We can't until our next vacation and to stay in this property again!
Refrigerator froze all our food and drinks even when we turned it down to 2.
Kitchen utensils were sparse and there were no good knives for cooking and cutting.
