I cannot speak to the couples counseling Kinga does, as I am not in a relationship. However, I find Kinga very efficient in her use of listening skills mixed with cognitive behavioral suggestions that make a lot of sense. Obviously kind and dedicated.
Dr. Kinga Gudor is a blessing to our family. She has worked with my husband and me both individually and as a couple, and has helped our relationship get closer and more fulfilling. With her help, my husband and I have been able to communicate clearly through rough patches and still remain respectful and empathetic to each other's feelings. We love Kinga and will keep seeing her as long as she will have us.
I have been seeing Dr. Gudor for about a year now. She has been instrumental in my recovery and has given me confidence to face my challenges. I see her for anxiety, depression, and issues with work and family. She has helped me become closer to my family, encouraged me to take a new job (which I love!), and given me several coping tools. She is a wonderful therapist that truly shows compassion, empathy, and understanding towards her client.

Dr. Gudor encourages the development of personal values and tactics to move forward to accomplish goals. I came to her to work on my past... without delving too deeply into those stories, she's helped me liberate myself from those experiences. I also like that Dr. Kudor makes book and video recommendations.
