It's a good place to get inexpensive clothes, shoes or books, but they tend to over-price other items. Another thing, God forbid if you need to use the restroom because they will not allow customers to use their facilities. They direct you to use Ace Hardware's bathroom which I feel is absurd since I'm not shopping there.
