The gm is transferring Mimi because she out performs her. Mimi is the only reason this location succeeds, and by getting rid of her all you are doing is setting your own fire.
Service depends on who is working....today I wasn't allowed to order the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger for the 4 for $4 when it is clearly marked on the menu! He ignored that and continued to ask which one I wanted. I requested no onions on the double stacker and twice I said it, he confirmed it and guess what? It's right there in the middle of the mustard and ketchup. Thanks for the sandwich I didn't really want. The new sauce is good though and fries were fresh, thus three stars.
Just found a beetle in my salad. Went back inside to warn the workers to check their lettuce, and they couldnt speak english to understand me. Not to mention, were rude af about it. Enough said.

Order is never right. Tables are always nasty when I go inside. Tired of wasting money for food I either won't eat cause it's wrong or cold fries or completely missing my food. Currently went though drive thru, ice cold fries. Waiting in parking lot while my boyfriend gets fresh ones. Come on.
