If going kayaking, recomamd early morning 9am, as the bay is still nice and calm. I got motion sickness , but that's me.
Went sailing three times here during our vacation. Great instruction for the less indoctrinated in our crew and immaculate boats. Will definitely be going back when we return and would highly recommend for anyone who wants to go sailing in the sound while on vacation.
