Love this place. The pizza is amazing and the staff is always friendly. We had a Greek salad and a couple of slices of pizza a piece. Everything at Max's is great. We have tried a lot of items on the menu. Great family ran restaurant. A must try.
We ate there while on vacation in May of this year. Food and service was outstanding. Inadvertently we left our credit card there. We were leaving to go home early the next day when we realized we left the card at the restaurant. We called but it was before their opening time so I left a message not expecting any response any time soon or if all. Almost immediately the owner called back and we were able to get the card before we left. Thank you.
We love this place. The food was great and had a nice cozy atmosphere. The prices were very reasonable.
We stopped for lunch the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Wonderful discovery! My family enjoyed our whole meal. I had a calzone, my wife had pasta, and my daughter discovered she likes manicotti; it was all good. Our waitress was friendly and efficient, and sweet. Photos on the wall of local events. Casual, vacation atmosphere. We'd love to go again next time.
Nice place with good food. Sandwiches were great with a good portion size. Only rated 4 stars because service was a little slow. Not a deal breaker though considering it's a small local place.
