Worst experience ever dealing with this incompetent and dishonest company. Messed up our order at every turn from our email address to the last name on the order to the order itself. We ordered a kiddie cart for our 3 and 6 year old and received an infant seat instead. Kids were so upset we couldn't ride to get ice cream after second night of no answer as to where the kiddie cart was we asked for a refund to which they said "we don't do refunds". Yet they never got us the bike with the cart. Called six times to resolve. They said they'd send it to billing but the manager Andrea told me she just "pushes buttons" and has no control over anything. They also delivered our grill with zero gas in the tank. The manager Andrea said "I heard you ran out of gas" to which I said incorrect we never used the grill at all because it had no gas! Very sad to deal with such a dishonest company on a family vacation. Save yourself the hassle and do not this company. Bikes and grills are supposed to be fun and a nice perk of vacation. They made it a nightmare. Very upset from this waste of time and energy and possibly money as a refund is no where in sight....disputing w credit card company.

These folks really know the meaning of "customer service"!! We have been renting umbrellas and beach chairs for over 10 years. Everyone has always been extremely polite and considerate when you call and today I spoke with Mary Alice to confirm our order for this coming 4th of July weekend and she was so kind and professional. The equipment is always in good shape and clean when it arrives. I would recommend this company for all your rental needs in the Outer Banks!!!

We were encouraged to contact Moneysworth from our rental company Twiddy. This was the most professional equipment rental company that we have ever used while on vacation. Our ordering process was easy and they delivered our gear before we arrived which was a pleasant surprise since we rented Sunday to Sunday. The beach gear we ordered was in great shape and the linens were even put on the beds from the cleaning crew. Great pricing and the staff was pleasant to work with. I will definitely use them next year.

This was the WORST customer service that I have ever received. I reserved items, paid for them for a week, and then they were picked up a day early. When I called to find out why they were being picked up early, Andrea abruptly and rudely told me that those were the days that I had picked for pick up. I told her that those facts were untrue. She refused to listen to me, and repeatedly told me that there was no way that Moneysworth was responsible for the error. That it was my mistake. Upon checking my reservation and confirmation email, it states that the items were to be picked up on July 10th, not the 9th. As a result, my one year old granddaughter was without her high chair, baby gate and stroller. I work in the hospitality industry, and I train team members on Great customer service. I would never allow them to speak to people the way I was spoken to. I believe that Moneysworth needs a training class on hospitality and customer service. I also had to wait for 3 days for them to bring the baby gate that I ordered, they sent the wrong gate. The first time I called they said that they were out of them, the second time I called, they delivered it to the wrong house, and insisted that I had it. The third time I called, I got the one I ordered. Don't waste your time with this company, use Atlantic Beach Rentals. I've never had an issue with them, and they provide excellent customer service.

Worst customer service ever! Delivered our grill with an almost empty tank. When we went to grill our nice steaks, they were closed so we have to drive and buy a tank at $49! When we called them the next day they didn't offer any recourse or reimbursement. We will never use this company again. Don't let them ruin your vacation!
