I shop here often when I need random hardware and such. I recently came here to get a bench swing for my mother and father for their beach house. They had one left - the demo! Already put together! Bought it and loaded it in the truck. I got lucky this time! This is a great hardware store and has lots of items to choose from. Also many of the employees are quite helpful! :)
The store manager I believe his name is Link is less than friendly towards his customers and even worse when speaking to his employees. I overheard him barking an order to one of the garden associates and it reminded me of a drill seargent when I was in the Army. The store itself was well stocked and the associates I spoke with aside from the manager were very friendly and helpful. I hope they find a better manager it's such a good store.
Ordered a range and was supposed to be delivered and the delivery guys said that they couldn't deliver it cause the truck wouldn't go down the driveway,but found out that was a lie the delivery guy told the real reason was that a child answered the door and said his mom was coming to the door the delivery guy wouldn't wait for her to get to the door so they left, now they are telling me it will be a week before they can redeliver a product that has been paid for in cash up front on the day it was ordered, will never buy another thing from home depo again,funny thing is this happened to me when we bought our dishwasher from home depo IT WON'T EVER HAPPEN AGAIN NO MORE HOME DEPO FOR ME.LOWES FROM NOW ON .
Always helpful staff. Even better now that the tourists and non-local property owners are pretty much gone.
Everyone was helpful and they even suggested ways to reduce our cost.
