So far I can only say this had been a frustrating experience. My three year old left her blanket when we were on vacation. The rental office dropped it off here and I have been trying for a week to get someone to call me back to send the blanket to my home. I have left several messages, even one to confirm my home address but so far not a single person has called back. What is the deal? I'm at the mercy of this place considering I live 6 hours away. Does anyone pick up the phone!
This is the only location that charges to put a piece of tape on a package. Absolutely ridiculous
They don't answer the phone and don't return your calls.
I shipped a package that was supposed to be delivered in two business days. I explained the importance of the delivery date no less than four times while I was at the store. My package Arrived one day late to its destination. I understand that mistakes happen, so I simply called and asked for a refund. I was told my $135 refund should arrive in three weeks. That information was provided six weeks ago. I still do not have my refund. I have spoken with someone at the store twice who took my information and told me the manager/owner would call me. I still haven't received a return call. I would not leave a bad review for one simple mistake that was handled properly, but when the store continues to make promises they don't keep they deserve the poor review.
