I've been with At&t for about more than a year now. The gentlemen at the retail store were great, and they helped me accomplish my goal. I had a walmart pre-paid phone, and I wanted to get a new phone and also work on my credit. And so every phone company on the beach could not help me, they said it was impossible. And I've hear bad comments of At&t, so they were kind of my last option. But I guess it was meant to be, they took on my challenge. It took a while to get my same number from a pre-paid phone to a contract phone. And as far as any type of customer service, I always go to my account and and I chat with an At&t agent. My questions are always answered and satisfied. I recently got 2 iPhone chargers at no charge because they ones that came with them, weren't working. But overall experience after a year, I am happy with At&t. Thank you At&t
Extremely understaffed. Don't go unless you have a couple of hours to spare. There were 8 customers and only one representative - Michelle. She was doing a great job, but there is only so much one person can do. The only AT&T store in the area and they have do everything by calling customer service for you. What a joke. The store has ZERO AT&T cellular service inside. Can't even call their OWN customer service half the time. She literally went outside the store into the parking lot to talk to AT&T !??? Unbelievable. 1.5 hour wait time - all just to find out that they are out of SIM cards.
Customer service is lacking. I have been an AT & T customer for 15 yrs this store is the worst for service
My wife and I went in 2 different times and the employee couldn't help us because he hadn't been trained and had been working for 1 whole month! I couldn't believe it. That's on the management and company as a whole that he wasn't trained. He literally turned us away to wait until the manager was there, then we went back the next day and he was there again and the manager never showed on his day to work because of his flat tire. I go the next day, and the manager couldn't help me either. They are not representing AT&T well at all, and it shows because the reviews for this specific store are horrible. That being said, just call ATT, even though it will take an hour and most of the time they honestly don't know what they are doing either, just saying! Hope they can get there business in order because the way they are going it doesn't look like a bright future. A year ago the staff was way better, but the staff now is not personable and have low quality customer service.
We waited over 2 hours for the only employee who was working. There were only 2 other customers in front of us! I almost felt bad since he was alone but he was SO slow and a terrible customer service associate. Once we got to the counter, any questions were answered by reading out the words on the computer screen and he was supposed to be the manager! He even locked the door a little while after we walked in in order to prevent any other customers from coming in behind us and he never even tried to warn us that it would be such a long wait. I watched several other customers walk out. The AT&T pricing and terms are very convoluted and hard to understand and the worker didn't seem to understand them at all, or else he just doesn't want customers to know how much things cost! He was bragging about how friendly his associates were and how well he trained them too, but I have been to other AT&T stores that were very professional and nothing like this place. Stay far away from this store! You'd get through faster if you drove to another location on the mainland.
