Came in the morning of July 4 after injuring back. Staff was great, friendly and caring.
Great experience overall. Here on summer vacation. I brought my mom in for a bad cough. Signed in on line at 7am, we were seen at our appointment time at 9:30. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. Nurse who took vitals and background info was was friendly and through. Nurse practitioner saw us and had X-rays in the same building, no wait for that either. 1.5 hour total which is great time for all the procedures she had. Happy with the medical care.
On March 2, 2017 I went in about my foot. I took my dogs for a walk on the beach and my male dog ran in front of me and tripped me. My foot instantly swelled up and was hurting. The next day I went to the urgent care. I informed them I had no insurance at the time so I was hoping to get the problem fixed right then. They took x-rays. The P.A. came in and told me it wasn't broke and told me I had some arthritis in my big toe , wrapped it in an ace bandage and sent me on my way with no meds. I felt I got treated like I was there to seek drugs. I get the issue with this but here we are 2 months later and my foot is exactly the same. I have suffered with my foot swelling and hurting for two months !!! I should have just gone a couple extra miles and went to the emergency room.
Made an appointment online for one son, but turned out needing appointments for both sons once we got there. We were seen within 10 minutes of being there. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Called in prescriptions to Rite Aid right across the street. This place made an urgent care appointment flawless!
21 February 2017 - Fast and friendly service. Came in 25 minutes before closing to have my 21-month old looked at. Was out the door right on time with a prescription already sent to the pharmacy. Literally can't get any better than that. Will definitely use again if needed.
