Apparently I got the bad luck in my 2016 camaro with the catalytic converters going bad only at 14k miles. I took it to OBX Chevy and they took care of the issue and on top of that the changed both oxygen sensors, flushed my transmission fluid, the rear differentials fluid and got an oil change. What else can a customer ask for? On top of all that Jeri who works in the service department was always honest, courteous and had amazing customer service. Fortunately for me, I live in the Outer Banks so I'll be sure to always take my car to those guys!

Had an appointment at 8am for tires made days in advance (price was good and this is where I bought the car). Arrived about 5 minutes early , stood in line that just contained me. Four different employees looked at me when I arrived not one smile, not one good morning or hello. About 5 minutes and the girl looked at me and said we'll be right with you, no smile and nothing else. Five more minutes and a guy walks by and mumbles be right with you. I decided at that point the happy level at the service desk was 0 so I left and got tires elsewhere in about 30 minutes. If I gave this level of customer service at my job I would be asked to leave, 1st impressions are everything, so I will not be back. Employees are usually a reflection of the working conditions they face and leadership so I do not blame them.
Only place I've ever bought a vehicle, the staff is always so accommodating to your every need to make sure you have a wonderful and exceptional experience! So very thorough with the process and explaining all the fees. Only place I will go!
